GBP won't put Canelo against GGG. They'd wait till GGG gets old and beatable.

    Maybe if Cotto schools him, I can see GBP letting Canelo to fight GGG.

    You're right... I bet they'd never let him fight Mayweather, Trout, Lara or Cotto... They protect him too much...

    They won't if he beats cotto. No need to I've said this for awhile. They will wait for GGG to get older time is on their side.

    That's never been Canelo's mindset, although I'm sure many inside Golden Boy would prefer that route.

    He'll force the fight with GGG, and Oscar will (perhaps begrudgingly) give him what he wants. Alvarez knows he's the face of the franchise, but it's his pride that drives him. He feels he has a personal duty to fight everyone, win or lose. I'm sure Oscar can relate.

    If he beats Cotto, it won't be long before GGG-Alvarez. Maybe there's a fight in between, but it isn't going to be dragged out too long.

    Agree. Canelo is no punk if theres anything he has showed so far in his career is that hes not afraid of anyone and he doesnt duck anyone he will fight GGG soon after he retires Cotto(e), it will happen next year mark my words .

    I don't get that vibe from Canelo at all. Canelo will fight anyone unlike Golovkin.

    I agree. Canelo will try to fight GGG However, GBP won't allow it to happen. GBP will come up with plausible justifications to placate Canelo and have him fight 2 or 3 fights before Canelo tries to force a match with GGG.

    Canelo don't want none of GGG. They fought Mayweather because they thought that he was ripe for the picking and got fooled and schooled. They didn't want the Trout fight until they dragged him to Texas where the shiit was rigged to the point where the only way Trout could win was by knockout. The Lara fight was a joke because they scored it like an amateur fight. Then they dragged an old dope fiend outta the dope house and sacrificed him to Canelo and tried to hype it as a big win. Now they going at Cotto for basically the same reasons they went at Floyd. War Cotto!! Canelo is a buster and GGG will hurt that young man.

    You realize Canelo has fought two fighters (Mayweather/Mosley) who would take giant dumps all over GGG's opponents, correct?
