Yeah the WBO only recently became a recognised major title in the past 15 or so years. Have a look at some of the poms who won the title back in the 90's :yep

Who knows, the IBO may be considered a true title in another 10 years. Wlad and a few other big names dont mind holding it

Might as well get it out of the way. 4 defences of his IBF belt which I think he should hold onto. Should probably try and put off the Golovkin fight IMO massive risk, little reward. Rather he target the Martinez/JCCjr winner. Lose the WBA belt but possibly be the IBF/WBC, Ring belt holder. Martinez I think beats him but he's getting on. Get Gealey massive exposure in the U.S if he beats Sergio. GO GEALE:happy:happy:thumbsup

Ugly ****ing fight, but if Solimans the mandatory then then so be it. Personally I dont think its a good fight, but Sams managed to get the ball rolling.

Would love to see Geale knock him the **** out

Good on geale for giving Soliman a shot, Soliman will not be an easy fight but geale continues to fight the best and ducks noone

Soliman has done everything that the IBF has instructed, he has earned the number1 spot thus deserves a crack at geale! That's why we have rankings!!!

    It's true.

you fellas no doubt had it 120-106 (giving geale multiple 10-8 rounds) but the fact is Matt Macklin did just as well as your boy.

Nah I had it as a draw or possible win to Geale, his workrate and ringmanship won the fight, Sturm was to flat in the middle rounds.
