WM, I can see your angle mate, although its been a long time of failed promises and indecision from team Khoder. I'd still like to see Mundine/Pav or Mundine/Sturm anytime.

I still believe Mundine would give Pav a serious wake up. IMO, Pav is almost perfect for Mundines style.. he continues to walk up just like Green did, isn't as strong as Green and has less boxing style than Green.

The same for Strum who is a lower class than Pav.

The only difference I see to your post, is the fact that these names have been spoken of for over 12 months. Mundines name has been mentioned in return by the lot.

Should Mundine lose to either, people will simply suggest he should have taken these fights ages ago. The sympathisers will be limited.

Mundine's a germ but anyone who think Katsidis has better credentials is ****ing dreaming................. Katsidis is a ****'n punching bag to the elite fighters.

I was dissapointed for him when he lost to Kessler.
He got going in that fight way to late...it was as though it dawned on him that he was good enough to win against a guy like Kessler but not til after he settled.
I was impressed with his effort...everyone was thinking, 2 more rounds...what if?
Mundines biggest problem is his management....no risk income...a dream for a manager...put up against a turkey and get him some unflattering media and everyone pays to see him get knocked out...never happens...everyone makes money.
He could be telleing everyone one he is fighting Vitali Klitchko after Pavlick...whatever Choc...we'll believe it when we see Khoder.
He is being managed by a clever dick business man, he appitamises the worst trait in boxing, a hanger on making easy cash off a bloke who puts himself on the line and does the hard work.
There are victories when fighting turkeys but never proud moments.
Win lose or draw if Choc was taking risky fights against the elite boxers everyone would be proud of his efforts.

Any way, this is a Geale thread....IMO....Geale will be going home with the chocolates and moving on to bigger and better things O/S.

The reason why more and more boxing fans get dissillusioned with Mundine isn't the trash talk/gimmicks acting like an old school Roy Jones etc or making stupid remarks in the press (thats all show imo to sell fights/earn money/Anthony is probably a decent bloke to those who really know him), but the constant year after year of empty promises of what he will do and who he will fight. We all know he is talent, very talented infact, we just want to see him fight guys on his level or even above his level to see great matchups which is what top class boxing is all about. That is why boxing fans cough up $$$$ for ppv, to see top class fighters fight each other NOT top class fighters constantly fighting rubbish whilst proclaiming that they are P4P.After the Geale fight if Mundine takes on a Pavlik or an Abraham or even a Sturm and loses then i'm sure not too many people on here will bash him, at least he will be stepping up after all those empty promises of his.
