    Strange :huh

I just scene Felix the cat is looking at getting Gealzaghe or Pirog for an April unification in Germany?

Boys, more than likely it'll be more a matter that nothing is signed and sealed yet. Fights often go up on boxrec a touch early.

Ippy, if for instance this fight didn't go ahead for whatever reason, where does that leave the Mandatory caper that was discussed the other week?
    Would Geale still be stripped?

I think both of the fighters promotions come together under supervision of the governing body (IBF) and submit bids for the promotional rights to stage the fight, venue ect.

Regardless of the outcome the champion is entitled to 70 or 80% of the entire purse. Not completely sure about the percentages but the champ takes the bulk of the winning purse bid.

Any promoter registered with the IBF can submit a bid, minimum being $100,000 which is split 75/25 in favour of the champion.

Meaning its highly unlikely Adama's camp or whoever his small league promoter is...would even put in a bid.

Adama's promoter was big enough to promote the eliminator. While they're not the biggest promoters going around, they go alright in Chicago.
