Geale v Fletcher rumoured for December in Brisbane.

If they did meet next Geale & Fletcher would be coming off KO losses, and Geale has lost 2 of his past 3 fights. They would both be absolutely desperate to win as their international careers would be virtually on the line. To suggest it would be a glorified sparring session is just uninformed.

 

I'd pay to watch this .... would be interesting to see how it pans out as usually the sparring between them is 50/50 ... slight edge to Geale when he pressed the 'go' button though so he should be too strong in a proper bout

 

Aus-boxing reports Fletcher-Sherrington is in the pipeline. Type ''Les Sherrington-I want Jarrod Fletcher'' into google. Sherrington says he has been offered a fight with Fletcher. I hope so Fletcher-Geale is pointless for Geale IMO except as maybe a confidence builder after being badly beaten by Golovkin.

 

Geale needs a winnable, confidence building fight against an opponent with a reasonable ranking. Fletcher probably ticks all those boxes, and it would be anything but glorified sparring session because there would be so much on the line.

 

Can this kid Fletcher hit ? Geales chins poor these days, well it's always been poor but you know what I mean.
