Wondering if everyone uses the upper/lower, just the upper?

Boil & bite or custom molded?

    Just curious.

My current one is a cheapo boil & bite Everlast, upper/lower, with the breathing holes in the front.

    Thinking of getting something better.

I have the Opro fitted mouthguard, they're great and I don't consider them as being crazy expensive - I got the "Pro Impact" or something, the most expensive one recommended for contact sports and I think it was about £43, used the franking machine at work but it's probably a few quid extra for postage otherwise.

Hasn't come out of my mouth once and I've sparred with it for 1-2 times a week for about 2 months now, even when I get tired and my mouth is open - and I get hit a **** ton.

This probably reads like a sponsored endorsement but I imagine any fitted mouthguard (from the dentist or whatever) is the same. Worthwhile in my book.

Custom Shock Doctor. Nothing better. They're considerably more expensive but you don't want to be cheap with safety equipment.:good

Full boil and bite vented. Just like you.

If you train all your cardio with it, it is second nature.

I'll repeat what I've already posted...Custom Shock Doctor is the best mouthguard on the market. I have extensive experience with the product and it is phenomenal. It has saved me from more concussions than I'd care to remember. If you have the funds check it out you won't regret it, Slacker.

    150$????
Surely an actual dentist can do one for cheaper?
Can't put a price on something like that though.

shock absorber. Put even a cheap double mouthpiece in your mouth and hit yourself a little with your glove and you'll tell a difference.

I don't get why anyone has those boil and bite pieces of ****.

    a) They feel ****ing hangin' in your mouth
    b) You can't breathe the same as a custom one
    b) It costs a bomb for the dentist to re-do your teeth so it's worth the extra coin to get a custom fitted one.
