Any one seen much of Geard latley, he not long ago lost a bad decision to Pitor Wilczwezski. I use to train with him and i think he is an incredible waste of talent and often just havent had the luck of the draw.

He was a top class amatuer, Just lazy at times in his professional career and ofter too confident in his own ability's, that he neglected training.

I think given the right guidence a while back he could have really achived big things

That fight wasn't to long ago, I didn't know it was a bad decision.

I remember him fighting Geale & Pirog in their backyards in the space of a month. Impressive to stay the distance with them considering the level they're at now.

I remember him against Matthew Macklin when Macklin first stepped up to 160.

He had Macklin on his bike to be honest, looked the stronger man by far. Maybe Macklin needed to grow into the weight strength wise but it certainly wasn't a bad showing by Geard, looked like he stunned him a few times.

Yeah it was a close decision, Geard was very upset about it, he was docked a point early on in the fight for pushing aswel, when it seemed both where at it.

I was training with him before the Pirog fight, he took the fight on 10 days notice and still lasted the distance, he only went for the payday really which is a shame.

Hes at Light heavey/ Super Middle now, not at all his ideal weight, he should be down at Middle. But hes still equitting himself well.

Hes a handful for anyone, no matter what level, he is a classic case of a brilliant fighter who never got the right breaks.
