    Mousasi defends his Bellator middleweight title later today against Austin Vanderford at 3Arena Dublin. It will be televised for free on Showtime Youtube at 4 pm eastern times. Vanderford's strengths (11-0) include utilizing explosive chain wrestling with ground and pound. Will it be enough to unseat the experienced Mousasi? It makes for an intriguing matchup.

    Austin should have great cardio. I'd be nailing his wife 24/7 if i was him with all kinds of ground and pound.
