Might be too soon, but, I figured that we should honor Hernandez the fighter in Classic by pitting him in mythical match-ups that he might well have a chance of winning. To that end, here's my take on his chances against the 80's Fab Four at 130lbs...

Chacon (Hernandez...Close MD in a thrilling war)
    Limon (Hernandez...Competitive but clear UD)
Boza Edwards(Similar styles, could go either way, but I think Genaro's superior defensive ability and bodypunching allow him to earn a close UD)
Navarette (Hernandez..Late round stoppage, in another excellent fight)

I dont see much similarities with Chicanito and Boza.... Both good boxer/puncher but Chicanito more boxer and Boza more slugger.... Hernandez was slicker, better skills, defense,Taller While Boza was the bigger puncher.... Chicanito like to go to toe but on his terms, he could easily just switch up and out point you.

BUt other than that i agree with you on all these. Pretty confident Hernandez beats beats Navarrate,Limon 80% of the time.... ANd on his best day edges Boza and Chacon.
