I would favour Fullmer to take a close decision. Fullmers strenght and mauling tactics when in close quarters would see him slow down Emile enough as the fight drags into the late stages of the fight to win the last few rounds. Let us not forget that Nino manhandled Emile with relative and surprising ease in their fights whenever they got in close, and Fullmer was stronger than the lanky Italian by a considerable margin in my opinion. His awkwardness would also serve him well here, but the difference in physical strenght would be the biggest factor in the outcome.
