Hank's two-fisted power might deter Fullmer from being as gung-ho on the attack as he normally is, but I think Fullmer's versatility, superior workrate, and all-around class would enable him to do enough to win, while Hank's habit of fighting in spurts and doing just enough to fall short in big fights costs him.
