Fullmer by a close decision.

 

Fullmer mauls his way to a decision, getting inside Carter's big left hook and working away in the close quarters which bothers the "Hurricane". There's also the possibility of cuts for Carter since Fullmer was known for his his liberal use of head and elbows. Fullmer had his difficulties with left hookers but at the same time he had a lot of experience dealing with them.
