    Hatcher was a classic overachiever.

    Only footage of it I've ever found of it, but I grabbed this one like 10 years ago so I don't know if the complete fight has been found since then.

    Their first fight was quite good, and Hatcher showed that he was in fact world-class and not just an overachieving club fighter I think. He held his technique far better later in the fight than Sacco, who incrementally broke down under the studied pressure of the champ.

    I have both fights and they are both pretty good fights. The second one reminds me a bit of Marquez vs Katsidis. Hatcher was tough as nails sometimes too tough for his own good a reason why his prime was short lived.
