    I'll go out on a limb and say Hatcher. I really dont remember him even though I saw a couple of his fights. I think Rios is so overrated based on one fight. Hes basically a one dimensional punching bag in my book. He wouldnt have cut it in Hatchers era.

    I agree ru...I don't think Hatcher was anything special, but he was worth more than Rios.
