    If you take the time to study that tape from Chicago, that 32 tear old Dempsey was still faster, harder hitting and better than Quarry who by 30 was near punchy as the Norton fight demonstrates .. Tunney , who dominated Greb, Carpentier and Gibbons before the faded but still dangerous Dempsey was far better than the gutsy but limited versions of Ellis and Patterson that fought Quarry to standstill's or beat him. Chuvalo was hardly any better than Heeney ...

    I took time and saw a washed up risk-taker, 4 rounder who had lost his twitch. Nothing special. Thanks for the advice though.

    And 'dominating' some middles and light heavies doesn't qualify in my book as particularly relevant. Nice try, though. Come up with better stuff.
