    Joe Louis didnt fight many black fighters until Jersey Joe - although for different reasons than Tunney

    This isn't about weight - if Tunney was fighting in the modern era he would be heavier.

    32 is not old for a heavyweight - although Demspey was rusty he beat Jack Sharkey in between losing to Tunney twice

    Dempsey had been out of the ring banging starlets for three years when he lost his title to Tunney.

    Yea I figured you would think being in company with guys who think Tunney would whip Tyson and teach him a boxing lesson and Valuev would k.o Tyson as well is good company,i cant even think of half the stupidity they posted even you look smart next to all them! :good

    I don't know if Tunney would beat Tyson but I was throwing out there as a possibility because Tunney beat Dempsey twice who fought in a similar style to Tyson

    Yet you think Tommy Morrison and Butterbean would be a great like Frazier! Its a bit rich to call people stupid if you believe that

    Tunney has more chance of beating Tyson than Morrison has of beating Frazier

    So you think its dumb to think Tunney had a chance against Tyson when Tunney clearly outboxed the 1920s version of Tyson - im not saying its a definite but Tunney's style may give Tyson problems. Tunney only ever lost one fight and was never knocked out.

    You're the guy who thought 19yrs old,3 fight 173lbs Ruddock could have taken Co*neys place against Holmes but for "mismanagement"?That Wlad's handspeed is as fast as Ali's?

    No I responded to Uncletermite. I gave my reasons for picking Tyson and I've no problem with anyone picking Tunney.
    I know Tunney's record.
    I do have a problem with anyone trying to tell me that Uncletermite isn't as thick as sh*t .

    Bean doesn't have to be great if he has chin and k.o, power didn't foreman prove that?go to Morrison vs frazier thread and learn something about the actual match up! A REALISTIC match up not a cartoon like one :patsch

    He could have with different management you're to dumb to understand that. Wlads hand speed is on Footage,Ali was fast at 210 pounds and at 220 was slow as hell compared to Wlad another point you're to dumb to see! :nut

    It translates that the fool who made this thread thinks Morrison/Frazier match up is nonsense yet Tyson/Tunney is realistic?:lol:
