Pretty miserable stuff i'd say. And the post he's quoting.
Pot calling the kettle black
Not quite, I was never on the door of Gleason's gym collecting the dollar bills for Freddie Brown and Ray Arcel.
I could repeat some of your posts before your last two bannings but I've too much respect for my mouth.
You dug me out I responded, leave me alone and I'll do likewise.I've no wish to enter into dialogue with you, keep your mouth off me and Ill be happy to reciprocate.
I'm happy to leave this alone now.
Tunney definitely is very capable of beating marciano
Great post...per usual
He had the discipline to stick to his game plan,he fought with his head. Not saying he would beat Rocky, but a few rib benders might slow him down enough for Rocky to land flush and if he did, it could be the turning point.
In 4 fights Greb could get to Tunney. And Marciano hit much harder. Fight probably goes 15 rounds with
a close decision either way.
Gene Tunney had very good power. And he was an all-time great.
Over 15, I'd take Tunney by late round TKO or wide unanimous decision.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say Greb fought NOTHINg AT ALL like Rocky Marciano.
An interesting overview of a Tunney vs Marciano fight:
My point is "somebody" got to Tunney, and we don't have any Greb fight films to extrapolate from.
