It definitly seemed like he never saw any of the guys before Louis though. and yeah that was my impression..he actually seemed to suggest marciano would be very tough..and that he could have lost..not what you hear from most hardcore ali fans now....i think it was unfortante that they really only showed Dempsey when he was beating up an all ready hurt willard..because at that point dempsey looked super wild, and i think it gave ali a lower view of him then he would have had, had he looked at more footage.
