Was in a discussion with a reasonably knowledgeable boxing fan and he was convinced Golovkin would beat Bivol and it drives me crazy that I couldnt convince him otherwise lol. Is this matchup not as clear cut as I thought? His main reasoning is that Golovkin grew up beating on euro style fighters. I just tend to think Bivols too big, too long, and too good to lose to G.
I agree with you Bivols extra dimensions, chin and iq would see him through to a relatively comfortable decision
