There's some hope for me that Glowacki could starch Okolie, which would be just lovely. He really is a horrendous fighter to watch

Why would Glowacki face Okolie? Has it been called as an eliminator?

Nope, vacant WBO title fight. They are #1 and #2.

How in the world is DAZN approving this?! Pretty insane. They must have met and made a side-deal/amendment/change to the deal for this...?

Not the first time Golovkin vs. Szeremata has been in the works. Dude has been top 15 ranked for a long time.

Um. So. Be honest. Where does this Mr. Szeremata rank at middleweight?

Really? All due respect I never ever hear of him, here or elsewhere, I mean it. Hey I could be wrong and respect the guy in the very near future but...

I mean...he probably shouldn't be a major org mandatory. Even the WBC probably overrate him at #4. But you could argue he's legit top 15 h2h. Of course that might just be an indictment of how shallow and top-loaded MW is..

Also a lot of my vibe is based on what DAZN did to encourage Canelo into a corner with only 3 options to make. Golovkin is notable in the sense of the finances and contract so it is a little absurd to imagine DAZN being so kosher with this.

There's no reason you would have, outside Poland, except for his brief EBU title reign where he did beat a couple of solid guys (ironically, both via KO despite his atrociously low KO percentage overall)

Don't get me wrong I am a hardcore but recently been away and off my old game so it's possible I made a back-side of myself but I kinda don't think so. We are talking about Gennady Golovkin here. Eh.

It definitely isn't the precedent GGG should be setting this late in the game. Derevyanchenko was a step in the right direction and this isn't a great follow-up. Still better than Rolls but that shouldn't be where GGG is setting the bar. :sisi1

Wouldn’t surprise me if GGG struggles with this guy. DAZN wants the 3rd Canelo fight and they are doing whatever they can to make sure he doesn’t lose before it. The Derevyenchenko fight was very close which probably gave them the willies. No more risks until Canelo GGG 3

GGGs relevance has dropped significantly. You don’t hear much about him anymore not in interviews or boxing media. Most of the fans think he’s done at this point. I believe he’s slipped enough now to lose against the top 5 middleweights now. Derevyenchenko beats him in a rematch. He just needs to retire. Most savvy boxing fans know that DAZN wants Canelo GGG 3 which is something I don’t want to see
