Still no rescheduled date. At this point GGG is rapidly approaching the point of having fought just once in 2½ years. (and will pass it, unless there's a quick-sale on the Murata fight and it happens by early April). Seven rounds with Szeremeta, and that's it, over a period of 30 months. Just awful, really. :shakehead:

@IntentionalButt GGG is 40 years old and he's been to countless of hard battles. Give the man a break.

I have a feeling GGG might just call it a day he has made a fortune and he is almost 40. With all the travel restrictions I think he might just say **** it.

:dunno I'm saying the situation is awful for him, as in his waning years operating at or near peak ability being wasted on inactivity...not blaming him personally for it.

Is Golovkin contractually tied to anyone to fulfill anymore fights?

If not, I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see him in the ring anymore. The guy turns 40 in April. How many top middle-weights have fought at 40 and over?

After the Canelo fight he stopped taking his career seriously and just bought bums

After constantly being ducked and when his moment in the limelight finally happened, he was jobbed twice. Can't blame GGG for his disinterest.

I would not call SD a bum, but GGG should have lost that fight.

GGG needs to jack himself silly with PEDs for the third installment of the trilogy with Clenelo, a trilogy everyone knows he should be 2-0 up in already, to even up the playing field so to speak, and administer some simultaneous biblical, street and poetic justice Qazaq style to that ginger demon toad.

He may just hang'em up. Been out of the ring for a very long time.

I'd love to see a triolgy with ginger roid but it seems like it will never happen.

As a massive triple G fan, I think it’s over. I think he’s done at this point.

Its not over. He's still desperate for the Canelo payday. I dont think he should take it though. He is 40 and it's not worth it to ruin your legacy for a payday.

Still DAZN is stupid enpugh to pay him 10 million a fight, to fight bums so might as well milk it.

GGG maybe by stoppage, Murata is really really not good. Just plods forward with a high guard. One of the weakest world champs in boxing, hes slow too and doesnt seem to have big power

Should look at how Marquez eventually got an official W against Pacquaio in his 40s and become Roidlivkin
