Round 1: 10-9 Ahkmedov good round. Gongora landed a few nice shots and made Ahkmedov miss some in close shots.

 

Both fighters poking and prodding with their jabs but Akhmedov getting through with a few nice looping rights around the guard. Góngora seems hesitant to let go of his own power punches for now, landing a few sparingly, think he's tasted the power and wants to get his timing down. Akhmedov 10-9.

Ahkmedov might be the future indeed.
Like I said, dude is legit.

I think he should use his lead hand more. He kinda just moves forward in a straight line until he gets into punching range.
But then again, Gongora isn´t really threatening him with anything.

 

Akhmedov hurts Góngora early and has him running to the ropes from one side of the ring to the other. That right finding the mark with frequency now with Akhmedov mixing up the angles with which he throws it, with an uppercut now and then. Góngora seems to regain his senses and is trying to jab and move but Akhmedov is pressuring heavily and throwing but missing more to finish. Still a very dominant round. Akhmedov 20-18.
