Rd 2 10-9 Ahkmedov had Gongora hurt in the first half of the round. didnt seem like gongora was gonna survive did a good job moving around the perimeter and getting his legs back. gongorra has very little left on his punches. id be shocked if this gets to round 4

when gongora dodges or ducks, he stops looking at his oponent. And obviously is exposed as hell to receive the following punches.

How can a pro 12 rounder fighter with this record make those mistakes???

He will not see the round 12, that's for sure.

Gongora also has a relatively impressive KO%.
Seeing his punch technique I think it´s fair to say that he has been facing less than stellar opposition.

rd 3 10-9 ahkmedov but gongora finished up strong with 2 good lefts and a solid jab. gongora gets his head off the line but he squares up so much and gives away the shop so to speak. ahkmedov taking advantage of his openings. i like the shots gongora landed late but nowhere near enough to win the round

30-27 ahkmedov

 

Akhmedov really not respecting Góngora nos and just marauding forward. Góngora now throwing his own power punches seeing as the opportunities are there and some are landing to little effect. Akhmedov wises up and starts making Góngora miss, making him question his punch selection. Akhmedov rips a nice combo but Góngora moves away and lands a good few punches with no response. I'll say he nicked the round in a close one. 29-28 Akhmedov.

 

Gongora seems SO much smaller, weighed in in his trousers and with socks on, suspect he could make 160lbs if he REALLY wanted to
