It's not a surprise, Ward is a boring fighter who cheats, I mean there's some boxing masters that are fun to watch e.g. Floyd, Rigo, Lomachenko. Ward is the type who falls into the boring category along with Hopkins and Wlad, people don't want to see that ****.

GGG on the other hand is one of the most exciting fighters in the sport, he hasn't achieved as much as Ward has but people still prefer to watch him because his fights guarantee excitement.

Ehh, actually he was 176lbs vs Dawson..I remember that vividly.

I missed fight night weights yesterday but if GGG was 173 as someone said it'll be his heaviest yet (he did look a bit thicker and usually he is 170lb).

If nobody steps up to fight GGG - then it's time to start thinking about Ward.

Cotto/alvarez winner will almost be forced to fight GGG by HBO…as they now have a vested interest in all three of these guys. I feel like GGG v. Ward is coming quickly.

Golovkin-Rubio: SRO crowd of 9,323. Ward-Abraham: 5,311 in same arena for arguably bigger fight in Ward's home state & Super Six.

Attendance for Golovkin-Rubio last night was 9,323 -- over capacity and largest attendance in the history of the stadium, according to AEG.

Honestly, the Super Six wasn't promoted that well. Abraham who was initially the tournament favorite had already lost to both Dirrell and Froch before Ward fought him. It was more of an obligatory fight for Ward, not really that big of a fight. But, I do agree that GGG is the bigger draw. He did well at MSG too. Ward's drawing power has really not been proven outside of Cali.

Ward is a piece of garbage. No one has even heard of Andre Ward. Probably couldn't sell the fight to network TV. GGG should fight name fighters like Canelo and Cotto.

Ward isn't even a big draw in his own state.

Ward needs GGG more than Golovkin needs Ward. Wards hoping the smaller man steps up so it gives him an excuse to avoid going to 175 anytime soon.

Im a fan of Golovkin, so what does your post have to do with me calling out someone who blatantly lies? Have you seen me argue he's not more popular or shouldn't be? :think
