Just playing it back, it was hard to see how his hand made it all the way to his chin from so far away that fast.

 

It was kinda funy cause Bute looked like he was handling himself pretty well before that but the bout had a pretty lacsidasical feel too and he just got destroyed.

 

Bute didn't have any intention of throwing a punch at that moment, he feinted with the step forward but Golovkin didn't buy it and stepped in with the right, goodnight.

 

Middleweight in the Amateurs is 166lbs

Yeah, that's who he beat to win the 2003 Worlds.

He has ****ing bricks for fists

 

Who knows, we might see Bute-Golovkin in Romania this summer.

 

That is an absolutely insane list of people to beat for a world championship. Is he a lot younger then the rest of these guys or something? Cause until know I hadn't heard of him.

 

He also defeated Andre Dirrell in the 2004 Olympics but lost to Gaydarbekov in the final.

 

He's 27/28 yrs old. Fights out of Germany and is 18-0 (15KO) & rated #1 in the WBC & WBO.
