Saying that Korobov isn't in the same class isn't accurate imo. You could claim he's better since he beat Matvey in the amateurs but much better, no.

He's only 5'10 and doesn't look like a big mw imo. I can't imagine so.

This is exactly what needs to happen.

Pavlik Martinez Sturm Golovkin Williams N'jikam Pirog Korobov Guererro Jacobs Lemieux Macklin Gevor. Possibles Lara Kirkland Andrade. There will honestly be at least a half dozen A+ fighters who could all have been a champion in weaker era's battling it out vs other A+ guys the way it should be.

Hopefully the potential $ available and sheer depth of talent will ensure that not even the promoters, ABC's, and networks being their typical ******ed selves will be capable of ****ing things up.

 

I saw Korobov on the Pavlik under card. He is not ready for prime time. He needs a jab.

 

Didn't say he was right now. He needs at least another year before fighting at the top. I'v seen alot more then just the Dunham fight and he does have a jab. He can improve on it and i don't imagine it'll ever be what Pavlik's is but he has a whole array of other attributes to help negate that. No worries.

 

I expect nothing but great things from Korobov and Golovkin.
