ggg wants a payday, floyd will drain him w a rehydration clause, demand a football field sized ring, gigantic gloves and then run circles around him w pot shots.

Don't you know? Floyd only fights you when you're drained, under a rehydration clause, in a football sized ring, wearing floaties on your fist, agree to not cut off the ring, and over the age of 45.

That is true and I don't disagree with your points. It's just hilarious to me the finger pointing that gets done. As much as I fault GGG for not doing everything in his power to make the biggest fights, he also gets raked over the coals for saying he is willing to go down an entire division to fight THE money guy (who is a two time champion in that division), but Ward gets no criticism for NOT dropping down 4 lbs to fight Golovkin. Ward is a better fighter IMO, but GGG (like it or not) is the A side.

My point is always that I don't see too many guys "daring to be great" and NEITHER Ward nor Golovkin are doing that. Although in their defense it hasn't worked out that well for guys who have dared to. (I can immediately think of 2 instances involving Bhop. 1 in favor of him and 1 that hurt)

Golovkin would fight Void at 154 lbs. and he would knock the chicken Void out cold, break his arms, put him into the hospital...............

    What's the point?

Floyd beats him and then people will say Bummy was weight drained.

3 BUM is an absolute disgrace to the sport of boxing.

Chasing welters left right and centre. Chasing 168 pounders he knows are about to retire. Chasing 3rd rate 168 pounders.

Then refusing point blank to meet Ward without a catch weight 0f 164.

This from a guy who claimed he wanted all the best from 154-168.

A guy who his trainer says bashes up Heavyweights .

A guy who is supposed to hit harder than Krusher Kovalev.:tired

But Doesn't have the gonads to take on the best guy available to him?

why doesn't ggg meet Kovalev at 168, or Stevenson? I think GGG can beat Stevenson at 168 too, and it would be great for his resume.

Another way to look at it is you have a Middleweight who thinks he can make Jnr middleweight wanting to challenge the Jnr middleweight champ at the weight he holds WBC, Wba and Ring titles.

Shouldn't Floyd vacate those titles if he is to small to defend them?

I am a big Floyd fan but have had this opinion since Martinez called him out.

The problem with that is that he isn't being challenged by a JMW.. He's being challenged by a full MW who wants to drain to 154, never fought there, and fight the man of the division who doesn't even fight there.. From our standpoint, he shouldn't keep the belt.. He only fought big money fights there.. He doesn't need those belts since he won't defend them.. From guys standpoint, the number one contender is Canelo again.. He's retiring soon, so why give up a lineal title right before retirement? He wants to retire the man at 147 and 154...

That's just stupid. GGG is almost the same height/weight as floyd, he isn't THAT much bigger. They both have very similar frames. Why oh why can't Floyd be a man for once and face someone who is undefeated and prime? Its simply amazing more people don't see through his smoke and mirror career.
