GGG was the WBC int Champ and the mandatory challenger for Canelo's WBC title, Canelo had to commit to fighting GGG within 30 days or lose his belt, which would go to GGG, and that's what happened. You wuss out, the belt goes to the int Champ. Same with Geale, only it took the WBA alot longer to activate it. The Geale title defense thrashing had nothing to do with the belt. He was just another title defense.

 

I agree acanelo delayed the fight or you could say acoided him as mu h as he could.
But when they did fight-no 1 vs no 2 it easnt Golovkin who won.
Alphabet rules apply to alphabet belts which mean nothing tocme personally.

You should really go and watch some of his fights then man! He’s one of the best fighters of this era. One of the most effective pressure fighters you will see. Top 10 middleweight of all time.

 

My point is that its possible that those two could have been better than him.

If the title was so illigitamate how come 20 contenders challenged for it? and if the champ is so fake how come 18 challengers were KOED?
