He hasn't had the opponent to truly gauge how great he is, but what my eyes show me is he is special.

That's debatable, he took HW Ruiz's best shots. While Ruiz wasn't a devastating puncher, he was 200+lbs and knocked Holyfield down.
But you think GGG could hit Roy clean? Do u realize how fast Roy was? And GGG is pretty damn slow.
I like GGG but i watched the previous era of boxing closely and it was a completely different caliber of fight from this era. Its one thing for GGG to look great against bums pretty much, but you can't start putting him in same sentence as an ATG until he does something special vs a legit opponent. But even if he KO's canelo, canelo isn't special. But would atleast help his case.

Of course golovkin would land cleanly on jones... What fighter goes an entire fight without being hit cleanly. The thing about golovkin is that he doesn't have to land cleanly to make his opponents react

obviously not, but he has a legacy based on quantity of defences, and almost full unification and defence of that unification. This may or may not be enough to carry him into the top 20 ATG MWs, depending on what he can add to it.

    ^ This.

I think the sooner he unifies the belts, the sooner he starts to think about legacy fights.

I remember Roy did have a round where he wasn't hit once, or his opponent didn't throw a single punch.

    (I mean a full 3 minute round)

3g has to all intents unified. one belt matters not when you have three others.

Prime Roy and GGG are on the same level, those two are the best of the modern era. I would pick GGG to win only because he has a style that was developed to defeat Roy's "bait/ambush" style. Many people forget that Roy's success was mainly due to bringing a new fight style to the game. Tarver figured it out after studying him for years - now most boxers are privy to it. Nobody has found kryptonite for GGG yet...

probably way to late to lay that claim too, unless he goes on a run that includes the next fab four.

Refresh our memories, which fighters team actually made the other offers ? If you've been a fan, even a hater/troll you'd know the facts.

Ggg offered, ward declined. Ward could had countered but he did NOT. Why is that, exactly?

Seems you try coming off like you're in the know but you have the opoosite info per the FACTS. Boxing alt might be able to help you out. He's been trying to learn what a fact it.

To make it simple, it's truth, proven truth
