Golovkin is a better fighter than Beterbiev bro just deal with it. Just the fact that Golovkin NEVER wastes his punches tells you all you need to know. Every punch GGG throws is hard and on target unlike Beterbiev who throws **** ton of arm punches as if he was a T-rex. You're right in saying that GGG doesn't counter punch but Beterbiev doesn't as well. Also GGG has never been dropped while Biev got HURT against Johnson. If they were the same size Golovkin will beat him possibly knock him out

I think the these men should fight after AB defeats Bivol. It would be an epic match up with the weigh in rule that AB can't be above 180 LBS of fight night.

Golovkin wouldn't have a chance against Beterbiev right now. Too small and too old. Beterbiev is bursting out of his skin at 175.

Prime Golovkin p4p one of the biggest phenoms I have seen.

Beterbiev is crude as hell in comparison, but probably hits even harder p4p.

Derev really nearly broke Golovkin to the body. Now was this Golovkin aging or just bad stylistically? I dunno, but Golovkin may be somewhat susceptible to the "Bruiser" style. Which would make sense as at the end of the day most elitish boxer/punchers are.

I think there was rumours that GGG was ill / had a cold or something that night.

But still, I think that Beterbievs style is a bad match-up for GGG, if GGG has looked vulnerable anywhere it's the body, and a bit like Kovalev, he has mostly been able to keep opponents on the end of his jab. Of course GGG has the power and heavy handedness to keep AB honest, and it would be a great encounter, but I can really see Beterbiev getting to GGG inside later - maybe not as early as he did with The Nail, but those short thudding body shots could be a real factor in this fantasy matchup.

No, Beterbiev broke prime Gvozdyk and almost killed him in the ring. GGG chased a 5'6" midget and feasted on Macklin and Stevens.

Yes, Gvozdyk was dropped by Karpency and Stevenson unofficially. AS much as I love The Nail, he reality is, GGG's chin is MUCH better than Gvozdyk's.

If you can drop Usyk you can flatten GGG.

The thread title says, IF THE SAME SIZE. Beterbiev's chin is far from granite, a 160 version against a prime GGG, isn't seeing the final bell. If Callum Johnson can drop you....
