New found respect for Stevens he did better than I expected landed some nice punches and checked the chin of Golovkin.

Curtis had the fight of his life tonight, did everything he could to win, and still got goodboyed

If Curtis didnt talk so much **** before the fight and put so much pressure on himself, he wouldve stayed down in the second, believe me

 

throwing 2-3 punches every 20-30 secs.... lol at least go our on your shield stevens...

 

Good stoppage though if your taking a beatdown like that in the 8th basically just running and covering up then it's gonna be an ugly few rounds to the final bell.

 

I mean he was being tough in there but the longer it went he got his running shoes on.

 

Lets see GGG vs Froch.

 

Damn, all props to Stevens but a good stoppage, it had become a straight up beating.

I'm guessing a lotta folk lost some $s on the under though.

 

GGG doesn't seem to ever actually answer the question being asked

 

Meh I wouldn't take much from that fight, Golovkin knew this guy had nothing for him and fought sluggish to destroy him.
