Told what before? What have you told posters before, lmao? You mean that you're wasting your time telling us that fighters have ducked GG? Lmmfao. You won't be able to come up with 1 sec of evidence of a fighter saying so. It'll always be the promoter or the manager or a friend, never the boxer himself. #Embarrassing
Look around and see what's being said. Lou Dibella is on RECORD after the Murray fight saying GGG is a Monster and he's going to keep Martinez away from him. Peter Quillin has been on RECORD for the last couple of years saying the fight with Golovkin doesn't make sense, but N'Jikam does? GGG was Geale's MANDATORY and ducked him to fight Bumdine instead. Look at the video above you to see what Darren Barker's promoter is saying. Honestly, who the **** knows how far Golovkin will go, but if he's being hyped up, his potential opponents at MW are believing the hype.
So, no footage of fighters saying that GG is too good, hits too hard, and I won't fight him right? Thought so. It's just you guys saying this right?
Look at the video a few posts before this you braindead ******. That's one of them. The other ones are out there. I don't imagine you have the intelligence to go and find them for yourself, though.
Want another quote, you absolute waste of flesh? Gennady Golovkin won't be Sergio Martinez's next fight, says DiBella http://www.badlefthook.com/2013/6/3...t-be-sergio-martinezs-next-fight-says-dibella ""Sergio will be out for at least a year. You saw his last fight, he won it on guts and will and balls alone. He had no knee, he had no hand, and I'm not sending a champion who is 38-years-old - after a year plus layoff - into a ring with this guy. I'm not saying they will never fight. I'm not speaking for Sergio, who is a grown as man and controls his own career. The successor to Sergio Martiknez has already been determined and the next great middleweight is Triple G.""
Peter Quillin: Golovkin vs. Quillin would be a good for HBO. Both fighters have excellent power, and boxing fans could see how the bigger 6’1” Quillin would stand up to facing someone with equal, if not more, power. However, Quillin recently said that he doesn’t have any interest in fighting Golovkin because he doesn’t have enough of a name in the United States for the fight to a worthwhile one for him. That sounds like an excuse for Quillin to avoid a very risky fight. Read more at http://www.boxingnews24.com/2013/01...n-sturm-or-geale-in-2013/#fwARaqD7XU1Fvgz1.99
Well for one, that Hearn interview. It's been posted many times, how could you miss it? Did you finally watch it btw? What's your feedback? And all these links being posted, it's not hard to find. You know it's ok being totally uninformed, but then don't go into a thread acting all smart, know your place.
Today, Golovkin has said to kazakh media that he knows there is a boxer named Curtis Stevens. But never seen his fights, doesn't even know how he looks. :yep
Overrated? He lands at an average of 44.25% his opponents land at 21% The plus/minus is 23.25% in favor of Golovkin. This spread is second only to Mayweather who leads the sport at 24%! For reference, Rigo has a plus 13% average, Ward has a plus 14% Hopkins has a plus 4% Yes, Golovkin has one of the best defenses in the sport, and also one of the best offenses.
I like Gennadiy. But Curtis can turn the hype train on its head with one left hook. Looking forward to it!
With that logic, you are pretty much saying anyone can beat anyone with luck. I don't really care to see if a guy can get lucky, I want to see who is the best. Curtis would probably have to fight GGG a hundred times to land that lucky left hook. I think we can all agree that GGG is better than Stevens in every dept.
Can he? Golovkin may not have faced a puncher like Stevens but do we really suspect his chin is worse than: Derrick Findley's, Jesse Brinkley's, Don Mouton's, Andre Dirrell's, Darnell Boone's, Dhafir Smith's, Marco Primera's, Carl Daniels', or Shannon Miller's? :think
