Probably, but not hard enough for that fight imo

If Williams can hurt Andrade, Golovkin can knock him out.

Sure, but GGG has to worry about the incoming himself.

True, Andrade dominated on the score cards against everybody he ever fought. I think he is actually a little underrated. People say Martirosyan gave him a tough fight because it was a split decision, but i had it 9-3 Andrade. To me i would like to see a unification between GGG and Andrade. Its an intriguing clash of styles. Obviously i would be disappointed if GGG lost but if it was a good competitive fight then i would like to see a rematch, why not. Get another middleweight series going, throw in Charlo and the rest as well, Mungia, Murata, Eubank jr. A older GGG has alot of competition in this division. Forget Canelo.

I wouldn't say Andrade punches as hard as Canelo. I think that's obvious but with GGG at the tail end of his career, fighting a guy with sneaky power will keep him somewhat honest. At this stage I don't see GGG just running through Andrade. I'd say Andrade probably punches as hard as Jacobs and GGG didn't run him over and he was younger.

I see it going to the cards is my main point. Maybe GGG can stop him late but the version of Andrade who showed up for Williams is not the guy GGG is going to get. Andrade will be extremely motivated, first big fight, he'll be in way better shape. After calling out guys forever and fighting the likes of Keeler and Fox, he'll be "up" for GGG. Which could lead to an ugly, maybe boring, points win that's close on the cards and that kills GGG's dream of that third Canelo fight, which why this fight isn't a real possibility.

All good points but it depends how Andrade reacts to the power, even his jabs can be devastating. .not all can be as resilient as Clen boy.
Tbh, I would have loved to see Andrade against BJS & GGG v Charlo...

Neither Andrade nor Charlo are big opponents which will make enough money to persuade Golovkin to fight them. GGG is past the point to make career building fights. He is just trying to hold a belt and chase the opponent to make the greatest amount of money for him, such as Ryota Murata which will be a big fight in Far East and make lots of $$$, or of course Saul Alvarez fight. I don't think GGG will fight anyone other than Murata or Alvarez. Or maybe he will drop to 147 and fight Pacquaio.

This is basically how I see it. Any other time, especially a few years ago, Golovkin wins with at least one knockdown. But now, the age has caught up with G.
