Already a thread on this Vladimir but i believe Golovkins skill and class will overcome Pirog's apparent advantage in size and awkwardness.

cant believe the lack of support for pirog here.....it's clear as day that he's the better boxer here and the much quicker and active fighter....... people are blinded by Golovkins power I guess and feel he's gonna spark him out but keep in mind this will be by far the best fighter Golovkin has face and the only capable technical boxer he's faced. I think Pirogs gonna box circles around him and it won't even be close. anyone with eyes can see he's more skilled and skills pay the bills. Pirog by wide UD!!!

 

I'm surprised so many people are picking Golovkin. I guess spectacular KOs really do blind people. I love these two fighters but I'm leaning towards Pirog, I think his skills and broken rhythm will get the best of Golovkin.

Lmao, nice backtracking buddy, if you knew Golovkin knocked Bute out clean with headgear on, you wouldn't compare him to the actual guy that was knocked out by him.

Doesn't matter if he's scared or not, Pirog/GGG vs Martinez would be a great fight for the fans, and up until now Sergio has stated that he wants no part of Pirog.

Hopefully we can see that scrap in the future
