    Moreno taps below the elbow of Parra with his right jab. Parra is using a lot of needless bobbing and weaving on the outside, as though trying to make absolutely sure he doesn't get hit clean with any of the power punches Moreno isn't even throwing. Moreno quickens his step and comes swinging a bit more recklessly now, trying to pump up the crowd into thinking he's "going for the kill". Parra easily dodges the wide wingspan displays and the crowd tells Moreno how they feel about his effort to entertain them. He responds with a sheepish shrug.

    I have Moreno ahead like 24-1 in shrugs. :deal

    (and honestly that one was more or less just a pity shrug awarded to Parra, and could have just been a minor spasm of his back muscles).

    looks to me that Parra is trying to troll Moreno here, he's not come for a fight but to try and make the champion look silly...

    Stop looking at this as a boxing contest because it's not one

    It's like Jorge Arce vs. Julio David Roque Ler, except worse (because Moreno is no Arce, and isn't even trying to force the fight).

    Ok, Jim I got it 80-72 Moreno, I gotta tell ya Moreno is standing there and shrugging the guy! And Parra is standing there not shrugging back! If somebody's standing there shrugging you gotta answer back with some shrugs of your own!

    Well, alright that's it. Moreno outshrugged Parra and Parra quits on his stool. I gotta tell you, you have to admire the courage Parra showed. Shrug after shrug after shrug he stood there and took it. Most fighters would have quit after the first shrug, but not this kid.
