    What I am saying is that fighters fight for that and the ref pulled that away from Murray who was not seriously hurt and still had a small (very small indeed) chance.

    But Murray didn't seem to complain much.

    Murray is one tough SOB and looked like he outweighed GGG by 20 pounds tonight.

    Yet, GGG still treated him a punching bag and owned up. I believe the hype.

    Murray was still making the effort, he was still fighting and getting effective offense in - however little it phased Golovkin, Murray was still landing clean punches and having success here and there, not enough to change the fight but still enough that he was still in it - there was no need to stop the fight that early. It was stopped at right time, any earlier would have been premature when Murray still had his wits about him and was still capable of fighting on.

    I said he had the right style to cause him some problems not actually beat him. That's why I said he might be able to make it in to the late rounds. There are very few fighters at 160 who I'd even give a good chance of taking Golovkin into the late rounds.
