all Golovkin needs is just a fight like this to top of his amazing career and i can see it happening in the future

Hopefully zurdo keeps hold of that 168 belt because Gennady Golovkin will be challenging him for the 168 title.

Zurdo is huge has power and comes in on fight night close to 190

This for me will be GGGs biggest challeneg from 160 to 168 by a big margin

The size difference would be crazy but i would favor Golovkin to break him down and score a late TKO

    why ?

zurdo is huge and a 168 champion Golovkin challenging him for the 168 title for his first fight at 168 is epic

:huh Not saying it wouldn´t be a big fight, but at the moment Zurdo is an undercard fighter.
And he is not the puncher he is made out to be - his last four fights have gone the distance.

I'd love to see fights against Ramirez and DeGale.

ward is also not a puncher and zurdo for sure hits harder then him

what zurdo is a unit he comes in at cruiser weight fight night

zurdo is also a 168 champion i agree he is not a big name

He needs to build up his fanbase more maybe 2 or 3 fights time he will be on the cusp of supers****om

 epic? Lets not get carried away.
It would be a dangerous challange for his first fight at 168, but not that big of challange.
Epic would have been Andre Ward or James DeGeale in the UK.

ahahha james degale the guy who lost to groves?

degale last few fights exposed him to be **** lol

degale would get sparked out by Golovkin

golovkin is not groves he hits far harder and is more powerful and dangerous with a better chin

groves struggled to stop murray and infact was hurt himself few times

GGG toyed with murray like a kid knocking him down and out when he wanted to

Exactly. Canelo vs Golovkin would have been a monster of a fight. Zurdo is still fighting on undercards and to me, it seems like he is just now figuring out his own style.

 Relax. Like i was saying, it would have been an epic night. Look how fast they sold the tickets with Brook.
DeGeale would have been seen as a legitimate threat. It would have generated a lot of interest.
I am not talking about ability or the actual fight. I am talking about the event itself.
And what does Murray have to do with anything? Dude lost to every world class contender

It could be quite interesting. Zurdo needs two or three wins against solid opposition. I am rooting for November 2017.

They better start hyping Zurdo because he has no name recognition and I'm not sure where he gets it in the next year at 168.

Ramirez is not ready for a fight against GGG.

Arum needs to copy the GGG blueprint and match dude with feather/light comp until he gets a rep for being a monster.

Try to unify 168lbs & never answer the phone if Ward calls.
