Every other possible opponent can be shot down with a credible reason, and or reality that has to be respected. Name some. Then again, Wilder manages to get blame for **** he has nothing to do with so not sure why hardcore fans think they have a say in any of this. They don't.[/quote] I think that if a fighter really wants a fight bad enough the fight gets made. Wilder is probably not afraid to fight anyone, but is heavily advised. He's just letting his handlers make all the chess moves. This content is protected
I don't see Wilder at fault in the Povetkin fall out, neither do I criticize him to harshly on the Arreola decision, It was a good name on short notice, what will really show us is who he fights next
The Arreola fight is a FARCE. It can't be defended. It's also so obvious that Haymon has been trying his hardest to make Arreola an opponent for Wilder for years. Only Arreola is to shot to close the deal. So now this circumstance gives Haymon a convenient excuse to shove this garbage at the fans. THIS FIGHT IS A JOKE. Arreola as the opponent has nothing to do with the Povetkin situation. Just another sorry fight for Wild BUM
If Povetkin was clean how could Wilder walk away with the belt without fighting? Sure it would have been a fantastic fight but Povetkin tested positive. In addition I read that Meldonium can be used as a masking agent. Finally, if someone is willing to take one ped, there is nothing stopping them taking other ones.
Either way the fight wouldn't have happened yet because Povetkin tested positive. Is Wilder supposed to sit around and wait for Povetkin?
or been stripped. Bottom line he had to fight his mandatory and sadly for him the guy is a proven better fighter than he is. He was always going to run at any opportunity.
If you can't see the difference between smoking weed and using PED's than you really shouldn't be allowed outside.
