I think Cerdan may have a legit shot at the light heavy Carpentier. In the films I've seen of Carpentier he wings his right hand like a baseball pitcher....and it is a powerful shot. In his heavyweight fight with Tunney it seemed like Tunney almost had to beat him to death to stop him. Carpentier had alot of heart.
