George Carpentier vs. Marcel Cerdan

    I think Cerdan may have a legit shot at the light heavy Carpentier. In the films I've seen of Carpentier he wings his right hand like a baseball pitcher....and it is a powerful shot. In his heavyweight fight with Tunney it seemed like Tunney almost had to beat him to death to stop him. Carpentier had alot of heart. I just feel that Cerdan's technique of punching would be the key to the fight, especially the left hook(s).

    Carpentier's speed and power would be too much for the smaller Cerdan. Marcel gets stopped in 8 rounds or less.:good
