Just listen though how he trained ,the man has a wealth of knowledge ..

 

Chuvalo is incredibly articulate. He had a massively messed up life and lost I think three of his kids to either suicide or drug overdoses. He tours around doing motivational speaking at schools to help steer kids in the right direction.

 

I could listen to him talk boxing all day.
