Thanks for the input. Not trying to look like Chuvalo, I just always enjoy hearing about the training/nutrition plans of various heavyweights. An odd quirk/interest of mine haha.

As a guy who has lived on a farm for the past ten years, chops his own wood, hauls his own hay and straw, moves his own irrigation, mucks his own coops and stalls, busts his own blackberries, etc... I will tell you that I am never more sore than the day after a full 8-10 hours of farm work. Never. I can do some ridiculous two hour workout at the gym and not even get close.

I also notice that the guys I hire, who have done this their whole lives and will to the day they die, do exhibit a certain functional strength for carrying things, moving things, awkward tossing of bales, etc. that doesn't seem to come natural to gym-bros.

I did it all as far as Aussie farms go, the soreness is from the volume of it all, you get better at what you do and that's why gym bros struggle with it, give'm time and they'd be fine. Williams didn't get big throwing hay bales lol that's the dumbest thing I read here once upon a time I can tell who hasn't been in a gym by what they say about as you say "the male form" remember when people said Marciano was 4% BF  not that it matters but that was just ignorant.
