Johansson wins a decision. If it is for 15 rounds then it gets more difficult for Johansson though.

A very interesting match up ... would be curious if Ingo could hold up over a long bout ...

This is probably about as good of a prediction as any.

Johannson by decision. Johannson may undergo some trouble early on, however.

perhaps this is a discussion for a different thread, but I think Ingemar Johannson has become overrated on this forum... Grand total of like 28 fights... Two big wins at most.. Good fighter for the small segment of time that his career spanned, but I don't see him doing too terribly well in other periods of the game.

Ingo by dec he had pretty good footwork and would win this on the back foot. Chuvalo was outpointed by the moderate Eduardo Corletti.

He doesn't need to be overrated to beat up Chuvalo. And he beat London, Machen, Patterson, Cooper, and Erskine.

But was beaten twice by him .
    Johanson is a 1 trick wonder .
His "win" over Machen is a foul .
    And Patterson is overrated .
But still better than Johanson .

I was speaking in general and not necessarily illuding to the notion that Chuvalo beats him, as I have aleady agreed with one poster who picked Ingo....
