Former Olympic gold medalist. Defeated Norton, and Frazier. Had possibly the most powerful jab in history. At age 45 put together a gameplan to outbox and outsmart Michael Moorer, and look what happened? At age 45, Tyson will be lucky to get a job at the IBHOF in Canastota, mopping Ali's wing.

Tyson has speed, better reflexes and is a better boxer technically. However, this would be a shootout. George has the better chin, more strength, more punching power and a bad mother of an uppercut, which Tyson was susceptibel to.

I also think that the intimidation George brings into the ring should not be underestimated considering Tyson's mental instability.

    I like George early.

Foreman. Though Tyson would definitely do much better than Frazier.

One scenario is the second Foreman-Frazier fight. A watchful George Foreman uses his jab and keeps the fight at long distance. He gets in a big punch every now and then. Of course, Tyson doesn't remain passive and, being quicker than Frazier, is able to get in his share of punches. Both withstand each others punches for a few rounds because both had very good chins. But Mike softens up first. This is because George, having a height and reach advantage, lands the greater number of punches and also has the better chin. George finally sees the oppurtunity and ends it.

The other scenario is the Foreman-Lyle fight. Both lets it hang out. Mike was not as tall as Lyle but was nearly as strong and punched harder and much faster. In such a scenariao, a peak Tyson would have ko'd the Foreman who fought Lyle. But we are talking about the Foreman who utterly destroyed the great Joe Frazier. A fight between a prime Tyson against this version of Foreman would have run similar to the actual Foreman-Lyle fight. And with an identical result. That is, a kayo win for Foreman.

Haha...hahahahahah...Jesus you can't be serious.

Not only would Tyson kick his ass, but Foreman would most likely kill the *******. Foreman from 73' and foreman in the 90's, Lennox just can't hang with these two in they're primes, its just too much for him. Tyson's speed and jab uppercut combo he used to do in the 80's would have wrecked Lennox's defense. And Foreman would have just pounded away at Lennox until he couldn't guard any more. Its just he plane facts people, Lennox was not that good, there is no need to ride his dick everywhere he goes.

    ---

But when It comes to Tyson-Foreman, man thats really tough, Tysons speed may have caught him, but Foremans power is equal or more than Tyson, so I would say Tyson, for now, but I really need to think about this...

That is a good point. Although Tyson is faster and has good defense, I could also see Foreman pushing him and placing Tyson where he wants him and then landing. The way to beat foreman is not to come forward, that is what he wants. Ali pulled out all the stops to beat Foreman, boxing from the outside and holding on the inside. Lennox would be a good matchup based on his size, strength, boxing and reach from the outside and his very good inside game (holding and uppercuts).

Ali did not pull out all the stops when he beat Foreman.............George fought extremy foolish and reckless or maybe that was the only way he could fight when he upped his comp.

Ali buckled George a couple of times with the lead right and Tyson right is in another zipcode than Ali's, powerwise, .Fact. That African wild wiiiiddddeee open with total disrespect for defence version of Foreman gets laid out hard by Tyson. Foreman was always easy to tagg, hell, even tomatoe cans all the way thru his second career (where his defense actually improved) landed on him rather easily.

Boxing experts and fans alike were absolutly amazed (until the Buster fight) how Mike was almost impossible to hit clean or hit at all. Even to this day there are only ThREE power punches of any significance landed on the 80's Tyson, courtesy of Tucker, Boneclutcher and Bruno. It is safe to say that the latter certainly can crack on a similar level than George and Mike shook 'em off rather easily.

Foreman was always befuddled with speed and Mike brings speed in spades plus technique...........in a shootout between two power punchers I always go with the fighter with the tremendous speed advantage with pinpoint accurate straight punches over the for the fences swinging dude.

As far as size advantage, lol, Tyson was always the shorter guy, as a matter of fact he made a career out of beheading big guys. In contradiction, once Foreman started to fight similar sized guys than him (see Lyle) or his entire second career (C level and up ) he struggled immensly.
