I never liked his style, but Jesus, he could hit. There are 'power punchers', and then there is Foreman. He just took it to another level entirely. It reminds me of seeing some of Julian Jackson's KOs, in that the other guy seems to be done before he even hits the ground. Sometimes the shots don't even LOOK that hard, and yet they seem to have the impact of a cannonball to the chin.

Even scarier is the way some of the guys in the video are wobbling all over the place, as if their bodies are out of control, and Foreman just watches them calmly, hands down, as if he knew that the punch had ended the game the moment it had landed. Other guys would desperately jump on wounded fighters to finish the show, and maybe smother themselves in doing so. Foreman just stands and watches the other guy topple helplessly to the canvas.

I liked young George best. He was a mean mofo with hell of a punch.
I don“t get the old George hype.

Young George Foreman was such a ruthless boxer. What impresses me most is how at 6'4 and taller than most opponents of his era he managed to utilise a street fighting style to blow out the majority of his opposition. His KO record in the early days is incredible.

His war with Ron impressed me, showed another side to him. He's honest to. I asked him how he thought he would have gone in a rematch with Ali, he was quick to say who knows, all he knew was on that night, no-one would have beaten Ali, he was a man posessed.

Even the one against Moorer. Old, winning the title back.

Just strolls back to the corner. He knows Moorer's not getting up!

That last uppercut Foreman landed on Cooney always makes me laugh for whatever reason. George literally just walked casually towards Cooney and threw that uppercut with seemingly no effort at all.

Really showed how crazy his power was, even in his 40s.
