    No hurry at all. Floyd Patterson won an Olympic Gold at Middleweight and went on to become the youngest HW Champion of the World under Cus D'Amato, he had those three thrilling fights with Ingemar Johansen but when he met Sonny Liston, you know?

    Joe Frazier was Olympic Gold and World Heavyweight Champion and even beat Ali but then he went how many times down on Foreman in Jamaica?

    Big John Tate was Olympic Bronze and lost to Stevenson from Cuba in 1976, would become WBA Champion by going to South Africa during Apartheid to fight Knoetze and leave Gerry Coetzee unconcious. He was left unconcious himself in his hometown Knoxville, Tennessee.

    Michael Spinks won the Olympic Gold and became Undisputed LHWT Champion and the first man to step up and beat Larry Holmes to become HW Champion as well but then he met Tyson, the unified title holder, for the linear HW Championship and you know what happened?
