I really like George Foreman as a commentator he's very entertaining lol not always 100% accurate but has interesting/funny things to say. I love when Merchant and George go at it lmao

 

George was one of the best. He always offered good insight.

I don't understand how he knew some things. Like round 10 of Holyfield v Bowe. He knew that Holyfield wasn't going down "he is gonna stay on his feet too", whilst Evander was being pounded from pillar to post.

In many ways, that was his finest moment.

This reminds me. I was watching Mosley/DLH 1 a few weeks back, and George said Oscar's jab was doing damage to Mosley's back. I was like "wtf is George talking about?" I think it was before round 8, Mosley was complaining about back problems. He's really quirky, but he knows his stuff...and is always entertaining.

 

Yes the riot that was classic they thanked the hell out of big George,but he was not very good as a commentator.What was up with him and Larry Holmes?
