Bruno definitely wasnt intimidated by Tyson, at least not in the first fight, in fact it was Tyson who looked away during the staredown 2nd fight, yes, bruno was shitting bricks
I am surprised this question is being asked. If you are old enough to remember the 70s & 80s heavyweights, I honestly believe you wouldn't ask this question. Foreman (especially pre-Zaire) would annihilate Bruno. Frank was a stand-up boxer, jab, cross, hook, he boxed by numbers, couldn't react or adapt to a given situation. Further, he wasn't mobile enough to stay away and frustate George, and didn't have the temparament to cope with George's "aura" or "presence", call it what you will. Foreman would have blasted Bruno out in 2-3 rounds tops, Frank was made for George's huge, clubbing, smashing blows, and I believe one knockdown woud be all it took. I would picture Bruno getting caught with big shots, freezing a la the Bonecrusher fight, until being clubbed to the floor, or possibly being rescued by the ref whil stood stock still against the ropes. One other thing - Choklab - I admire what you write mate and enjoy reading your work, but do you REALLY think Bruno was better than Lyle? I find myself astonishingly (& disturbingly!) agreeing with Heavy_Hands on this one...there's a first time for everything I suppose!
