I respect Cus but i don't see why his opinion should hold weight over anybody else who has knowledge of the sport, Cus never even boxed. He was a knowledgeable trainer but that doesn't account for a great deal, some of the gems that top trainers have come out with down the years are beyond amusing.

I wouldn't even bother arguing with the kid. He keeps repeating his arguments like a parrot. Ali was very weak compared to Foreman, this is the same Ali that clinched and tied up Foreman at will, he physically had his way with him...Lyle is ten times stronger than Tyson...Frazier is better than Marciano at everything barring the right hand...Bruno's chin was china, irrespective of whether he was taking flush shots off of ATG punchers...The guys is a ****ing imbecile.

:good Cheers Valane - love the bit about him repeating his arguments like a parrot  and your parting shot on him aswell :good

  3. what a bum... frazier weighed 214 when he faced foreman, and he weighed 217 in 1972 when he was 28 years old... and marciano even weighed 178 and 179 pounds in some fights... his best weight was 183-185 pounds... really you said tons of crap.. i will not spend my time with you. learn boxing , you and your friend the simpleton valane, my bulldog know more on boxing than this crappy kid(who said than foreman was not stronger than ali lmao what a full of ****). like he grant said, the poor rocky fans think that if they say this bull**** 100 times , marciano would get any chance against foreman hahaha..

foreman, liston, tyson, ali, vitali klitschko, tuney, frazier ,jonhson, joe louis, bowe would expose marciano, and it is a fact. good night sweetheart

Thinking he beats anyone and everyone is quite over the top to be honest.

:goodGood analysis. People overlook the second fight but it was interesting. Frazier was making Foreman look really bad by making him miss but he wasn't doing much of anything else. I think Foreman caught Frazier with a few good shots before Frazier went down but I'm not sure. Frazier did do better and is greater than Foreman but George just had his number. Frazier still made Foreman feel awkward at times despite that. Foreman wasn't comfortable with people being too close to him and needed room to punch. If Marciano keeps close then he has a shot and even if he takes a shot he has a great heart and would most likely get up and continue to fight on.

Thinking that Foreman blasts Marciano out inside 3 rounds is WAAAYY more over the top than thinking Marciano could beat anyone on any given day

:deal This - Combat actually go watch the fights and fighters you talk about - don't just go from a feeling you get from a memory of how you thought the fights went - Ali actually kicked Foremans butt every round and if you watch most all Foremans fights he does get made to look very amateurish even in the ones where he turns it around and bludgeons his opponents to defeat

  9. :patsch you have a serious problem...

:lol: OK Combat - you give me an example of a fight where Foreman really controlled the fight and outclassed his opponent from start to finish :hey come on Combat give me one example?? One example where his opponent didn't make him look pretty amateurish before he managed to save himself by using his wrecking ball power?? :hey Come on Combat??

Thats exactly what hapened RSN, its still a great win for foreman but I cant help thinking that it just proves frazier was ripe. Joe could no longer cope with top power. Frazier was doing well until he got hit. he was just missing that prime bit of timing that prevented him from geting a real foothold early on and the pushing did not help him get set.

another crucial factor into how foreman pulled off that upset was that frazier fought like a clockwork mouse. His head moved in a cycle that could be timed, up down, side to side. He did not anticipate oncoming blows, rather keeping his head moving while he set up his own misstimed shots. He was programed into a rythem with no reverse gear.

Dick Sadler told big geordie that when joes head goes down it pops back up. Hit him when it pops up. George did what he was told and it worked easier than expected beacuse joes resistance was gone and his hooks were just that bit off.

There is no way foreman could time marciano like that. rocky was too unpredictable. There was no rythem there to read and he was far more durable. George would have much more to watch out for against marciano. george was a sucker to a lead right hands. he'd have to watch the lead overhand rights coming at him in at wierd angles that marciano would be bowling at him.

  12. what hell are you talking? foreman dominated norton and frazier 100%, and the only important thing is the result. is not matter if you win every round if i knock you out in the last round... simple. you can spend your time talking nonsense like... foreman did a thing bad against peralta ,frazier,norton... the facts are that foreman won. end of the history. and tons of fighters would beat marciano.foreman stopping marciano before of 3 rounds is more probable by a mile than marciano winning against every fighter of the history, and it is the reality. actually i think that marciano would be subdued by foreman in 2 rounds. he would show heart but he would be impotent against foreman. he had nothing to survive against foreman early.and ali, frazier, foreman, liston, jack jonhson, dempsey, a prime louis, tysonbowe, vitali and even lewis would beat marciano. obviously foreman was not he most skilled fighter but he was the strongest and top 2 hardest puncher in history, he had a solid chin and great heart. and his style was the worst for marciano. and rocky himself was limited like the hell in skill terms, he was very slow, his defence was limited.(i will not mention that he weighed 178-187 pounds), joe walcott was joking of marciano because rocky was limited, he won the fights because he was "the strong guy with heart" of his time, rocky would have no chance against foreman.sorry my little friend, no little cruiser pressure fighter would go more than 3 rounds against a prime foreman.

A lead over hand right hand when george comes marching in face first. There is a long line of examples of george being a sucker for a lead right hand. so many people confuse marcaino with frazier who did not have a lead right hand.

what style? A big guy whos weakest opponents all hit on the chin with their best punch? A guy who pushes and wails away like a god damn ape with zero stamina?

george blew out a shot smoking ghost of fraziers past and a hesitant ken norton who simply froze after beating a long line of overmatched guys (who all hit him) before he had a breakdown and retired after his second loss as a young man.

when he came back he was a brave old guy who was selective with who he fought who kept geting chances he did not deserve. He had two handed power, was crafty but always knew his limitations.

  15.:lol: marciano was retired at 32 to don“t lose.

foreman won the belt in his 40s after to be retired during 10 years.
first of all, marciano would not face foreman,he weighed 178-179 pounds in some fights so probably he would fight at lhw in the era of foreman. he would have no chance against guys like liston, foreman, frazier or ali.
the contenders like quarry,lyle,chuvalo,shavers,ellis.. would give him the hell.marciano was very very small and very short and slow to catch foreman with a clean right hand in the face, and foreman had the chin to take the right from marciano, rocky did not have the chin to take the shots from foreman.and george would push rocky back EASILY with his physical strength, if you think that marciano(178-187 pounds) was much harder puncher than frazier, cooney, morrison, lyle, bert cooper(mccall said that he was harder puncher than lewis). you are dreaming.
what style? hahaha the style to kill crappy cavern men like rocky.foreman did not deserve the chance for the title? really? he was an old man and he was competent against a peak evander, tyson could not even finish the fight against a past prime holyfield.

and like said other guy before.. you can say 100 comments like this one, still rocky would lose, and by tko or ko in 2-3 rounds.
