IMO, Golota was getting Bowe out of the way so Holyfield could fight Tyson. Both Golota and Holyfield were trained by Lou Duva..
The old version of Foreman loses to both but tests either man's chin like Lewis and Golota tested. The prime George Foreman beats them both easy, too big, too strong, too aggressive, too rock solid chinned. It had to be someone like Ali to outpunch him and there's no one like Ali in the HW Division for a long, long time, maybe since Holmes. Tyson would be a tremendous slugfest with young Foreman, something like Lyle vs Foreman and maybe a young slick RJJ could steal a fight above 200 pounds like Jimmy Young did.
prime Forman is much smaller then Vitali and significantly smaller then Bowe This post must be a joke
Golota beat This content is protected out of Bowe in both fights....saying otherwise is pure ignorance, Bowe did get the win but that doesn't change the fact that he got his brain scrambled and ass whooped by Golota...same goes with the eternal debate between Vitali and Lennox.
No joke! Many posters on ESB hate facts. They will not use sites like Boxrec.com so most think Foreman was much bigger than Vitali, Frazier was the same size as Sam Peter, Ali has a much longer reach than Wladimir, Quarry was as big as Povetkin, ect, ect...
Frazier was 100x more skilled than Peter. He'd get inside Glass Jaw Wlad's jab easily and **** him up.
Bowe did something to make Golota foul out. Fighters dont just say ok Im done Ill foul out. Golota decided to quit because Bowe was hurting him back regardless of who was winning the fight so he lost plain and simple. Bowe was only beaten once in his career in a razor close fight against an all time great yet so many fools on here automatically assume he loses to a guy like Vitali who has never beaten a fighter on Bowe's level or come through a fight like Bowe has even when he failed on two occassions in similar type situations. Bowe's poor training and conditioning held him back just as much as Vitali's torn shoulder or cuts, yet Bowe managed to get through while Vitali has done nothing but FAIL. Vitali is the most overated heavyweight champion in the history of the sport. He would never beat a guy on Bowe or Foremans level, never!
:think not sure if serious... yeah mentally sane fighters don't randomly go for the balls when they're comfortably winning the fight, but we're not talking about mentally sane fighters, we're talking about Golota here. That wasn't the only time when he lost a fight on fouls. Sure Bowe had his moments when he hurt Golota but those meoments were too few and too far in between and golota riposted every time by hurting Bowe back. At least Vitali has an excuse for his relatively poor resume, he hasn't got any great HW in his era other then his brother, to beat and add on his resume. How about Bowe?....his resume isn't at all much better then Vitali's in fact it's pathetic considering that he shared his prime years with ATG HWs such as Lennox, Holy, Tyson and Foreman. What did he do?...threw his belt in the bin claiming that he wants it no more in order to avoid Lewis? Explain how did he get through his problems while Vitali failed? Last time i checked at 29 years of age, which were supposed to be his prime years, he was considered a spent force by most and got his brains bashed by a never has been golota....while Vitali at nearly 41 looks better then ever.
:bart you were still incubated in your dad's balls when i was deflowering your mother. I probably forgot more about boxing then you and your trailer park neighborhood ever knew.
The only reason foreman was out boxed by Young was because he was spent after the rumble in the jungle. The foreman that beat norton and Frazier was possibly the most unstoppable heavyweight in history. This is not a troll. Frazier was considered invincible after beating Ali and had an amazing chin. That didn't stop foreman from dropping him six times. Norton was also an incredible boxer as he was able to outbox Muhammad Ali and give a prime Holmes hell. That also didn't stop, although he did have a glass chin. Foreman was nearly in invincible and it took a lot more than a good chin (Frazier), boxing skill (norton) or even brute, raw strength (Lyle) to beat him. In his prime he would destroy them both. Bowe and vitali are good. But don't forget prime foreman. He was amazing. People forget his skills after his loss to young, but that's the same as judging joe Louis by his loss to Marciano or Chavez by his Loss to de la Hoya.
