This guy was the most biased commentator I've ever heard before, he didn't even try to hide it. He had a serious affinity for guys like DLH, Trinidad and Naseem Hamed, and never tried to hide it. If you watch Hopkins vs Trinidad, he completely ignores the fact Hopkins is schooling him, and just keeps blabbering on about what an amazing puncher Tito is, how "nobody can handle his power," etc. He actually screamed "THAT'S IT!!!" when he thought Tito was about to land a big shot, and when he doesn't land it, George Foreman is like "awww man!" When Naseem Hamed lost to Barrera, George Foreman was literally heartbroken, you could hear it in his voice. Seriously, this dude is the most biased commentator ever, I don't know why they ever had him around.

He's a fan. He might show bias, but he doesn't hate on his fighters opponent like Merchant does.

Malignaggi was similar in the Canelo fight. He was all up Trout's ass during that fight.

Lovable in the sense he says preposterous ****? It might be entertaining, but I prefer guys like RJJ whom is an unbiased and knowledgeable commentator.

Plus, the whole "big teddy bear" facade is something he developed for marketing purposes, he is a total douche away from the cameras.

Yes, he doesn't have the time of day for anyone off camera. Very dismissive and reclusive individual, his TV persona is nothing like him. Plenty of other people have met him as well, you'll hear them echoing similar sentiments.
